Jerry has been involed in the real estate business since 1989 buying and selling homes and property for both personal and investment purposes. His success in these endeavers led him to want to share his knowledge and expertise with others.
Jerry understands that wether buying a home for long term personal use, to provide monthly cash flow or to buy and sell for profit that that property will eventually again be sold. "People should understand that they make money on their real estate when they buy it not when they sell it. You only collect your profits when you sell." Jerry says "I like helping people make great decisions with what is sometimes their largest investment.
"I believe in commitment and discipline," states Jerry. Committment to my clients to serve them with legal, ethical and moral services and the discipline to learn their needs and wants to help them reach their real estate and personal financial goals.
When not helping clients meet and exceed their real estate goals, Jerry enjoys spending time with his wife Shannon and two daughters Shelby and Kirby. Other hobbies include, flying, golf, hunting and fishing.
