Dear Jerry,

Well it's been four months or so since you helped us sell our old house and buy a new (used) home.  And since we have moved into this new residence, Sue has never been more happy.  I am completely satisfied with the house and location, but not estatic like she is.

Reflecting on the events that took place during the sale, purchase and subsequent move, I think about all the trouble you went to helping us ready the old house for sale.  As you recall, I had surgery during that time and could not do a whole lot to get things prepared or moved.

Sue and I really appreciated your abilities and if you ever need a recommendation concerning the real estate business, have the people contact us about a reference.
